Brightberry Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order
The minimum wholesale order is $400 including GST.

Payment
All wholesale orders require upfront payment via credit card, PayPal, or direct deposit. Orders are dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.

Afterpay and Zip Pay
Afterpay and Zip Pay are not recommended for wholesale orders. If either payment method is selected, a 6 percent surcharge applies and must be paid prior to dispatch.

Shipping and Fulfilment
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination. Orders are fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days, excluding public holidays. Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

Product Quality and Returns
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges for slow moving stock may be offered at our discretion and must be approved in writing prior to return. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resale condition.

Marketing Support
Approved stockists may request access to our marketing asset library, including product images, product descriptions, and promotional materials.

Reselling Policy
Brightberry products may only be sold through approved retail channels. Products may not be resold via third party marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, or Etsy, unless prior written approval is provided by Brightberry.

Cancellations
Brightberry reserves the right to decline or cancel any wholesale order at its discretion. In such cases, any payments received will be fully refunded. Brightberry is not liable for any additional loss or costs arising from such cancellations.

Privacy
By providing your personal information, you consent to receiving communications regarding Brightberry’s products and services. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
