All of our packaging is 100% recyclable or reusable, as we are committed to using sustainable materials. We use a combination of recyclable materials such as cardboard and PET, as well as reusable cotton bags.

To ensure that our cardboard boxes remain recyclable, we do not laminate them with plastic. Unfortunately, many cardboard packaging materials are not recyclable due to a thin layer of plastic lamination used to protect the print, which results in these materials ending up in landfills. You can test this yourself by tearing a piece of printed packaging; if there is a plastic lamination, it will begin to peel at the tear.

For various packaging boxes and windows on cardboard packaging, we use PET plastic. PET plastic is the most recycled material globally and can be recycled indefinitely. You can easily identify PET plastic by the number 1 in the triangular "chasing arrows" code.

Lastly, our cotton bag material has been thoroughly tested to ensure that it is safe for infants and free of harmful chemicals.

To attach theBase plate or the theOne bowl, press down in the centre of the bowl or plate with your fingers or a spoon to push all the air out of the suction base. You should feel the air being pushed out when pressing down.

The suction will work effectively on smooth, clean surfaces such as plastic high chair trays, tabletops, countertops, glass, and stone. For optimal performance, it's essential that both the suction base and the surface it's attached to are clean, dry, and free of any soap film. This ensures a strong, lasting grip.

However, please note that some high chairs and surfaces, especially those that are textured, rough, unfinished, or damaged, may not support long-lasting suction. This includes popular highchair tray models like Stokke Tripp Trapp, Clikk, Bugaboo Giraffe, and Nuna Zaaz, which have a textured surface.

For these specific models, we offer a special solution: a suction sticker designed to overcome the common issue of bowls not sticking properly to textured surfaces. Simply apply the suction sticker to your highchair tray, and you'll enjoy the reliable suction performance of our products on these otherwise challenging surfaces.

Remember, for the best suction results, ensure that the surface and the suction base are both clean and dry before use.

Suction bowls and plates are not very effective on Stokke high chairs because the tray surface is textured, which prevents a lasting vacuum from forming.

The suction only works on smooth surfaces because it requires the suction base of the bowl to make contact with the surface without any air getting in between. Unfortunately, it is impossible to achieve lasting suction on a textured surface like the Stokke tray, even with strong suction products.

Although some brands claim their suction products work on textured surfaces, this is technically impossible for more than a few minutes.

Luckily, we offer a special tray sticker that can improve suction on textured trays, providing a solution to the problem.

Yes, however only use dinner knives, as sharp knives can cut through silicone easily.

Our smoothie cups include a straw with a stopper designed to prevent kids from pulling them out of the lid. This feature provides an extra layer of safety and reassurance for parents.

Our smoothie cups are not entirely spill-proof, but the lid on our new large smoothie cups is secure and together with the stopper straw keeps liquids inside even if the cup is knocked over or dropped to the floor, preventing major spills.

Our smaller smoothie cups are not spill proof.

Our large smoothie cup can hold a maximum of 270 ml of liquid, but we recommend filling it up to 240 ml when using it with the lid on.

Our smaller smoothie cup can hold a maximum of 200 ml of liquid, but we recommend filling it up to 170 ml when using it with the lid on.

This helps prevent spills and ensures that the cup is used safely and effectively.

A stay-open front pocket makes it the best possible opportunity to catch most of the dropped food. However, it is quite unlikely that our little munchkins will only drop the food right into the pocket. Therefore, my preferred way to prevent food leftovers on clothing is to use a burp cloth on the lap.

Even if all the food cannot be caught, our bibs are easy to clean and don't have any seams where food could get stuck and get mouldy (as it does with fabric bibs).

The Stokke Tripp Trapp sticker is specifically designed to fit the tray of the Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair, and it will not fit the tray of the Stokke Steps high chair as it has a different tray shape and size.

Unfortunately, we don't recommend stickers for the Stokke Steps tray as it has a more textured surface compared to the Tripp Trapp tray. As a result, the sticker may not adhere as effectively as it does on other surfaces.

The Stokke Tripp Trapp sticker is specifically designed to fit the tray of the Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair, and it will not fit the tray of the Stokke Clikk high chair as it has a different tray shape and size.

Cleaning the Brightberry tray sticker is easy! Here's how:

1. Use a soft sponge with water and mild detergent to wipe the surface of the sticker and remove any food residue.
2. Remove any remaining soap from the sticker with a damp cloth.
3. Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe the sticker until it is completely dry.
4. Alternatively, you can remove the tray from the high chair and wash it under warm running water.
5. Do not place the tray with the sticker in a dishwasher.
6. Your tray is now ready for the next use!

Both white and transparent stickers can be cleaned in the same way, and following these simple steps will help ensure that your Brightberry tray sticker stays clean and in good condition for many uses to come.

We do not recommend washing the sticker in a dishwasher, as this could damage the sticker and cause it to peel off.

Instead, please refer to the previous answer for instructions on how to clean the sticker.

By following these simple steps, you can ensure that your Brightberry tray sticker stays in good condition for many uses to come.

We're sorry, but it cannot be reapplied or reused once the suction sticker is removed. The sticker is designed to provide a strong and reliable hold to the tray, but it can only be applied once. If/when you need to remove the sticker for any reason, please refer to our YouTube instruction video.

While the sticker cannot be reused, you can always purchase a new replacement sticker.

Our sticker can be applied to all kinds of surfaces, including wooden trays. 

However, it's important to note that if the wooden tray usually has a lacquer or a coating, and there is a chance that the sticker might pull it off when it's removed.

We cannot guarantee that the sticker will not damage the wooden surface, so we recommend using caution if you decide to use it.

Please note that the sticker has not been tested on wooden surfaces.

There are two common reasons why your sticker might not feel tacky or sticky after application:

1. Water method application: If you've used the water method to apply your sticker, it's normal for the sticker to not feel sticky while it's wet. In this case, you need to ensure all the water is pushed out from underneath the sticker. Once the water is removed, the sticker should adhere properly to the surface.
2. Residual isopropyl alcohol: If you've cleaned the surface with isopropyl alcohol before applying the sticker and the alcohol has not completely dried up, it could affect the sticker's adhesiveness. In such cases, leave the sticker with the sticky side exposed to the air until it's completely dry. Once dry, it should regain its original tackiness.

Wash the products thoroughly before first use and after each use. Use warm water, a soft sponge and mild detergent, or wash it in a dishwasher on a normal temperature setting (yes, even the bib).

For that perfect "new" look every time, we recommend hand-washing & towel drying all silicone tableware. However, as busy parents, we all love using a dishwasher. It is entirely safe, but it sometimes leaves mineral and oil marks on the silicone. This is not harmful at all.

Yes, silicone is safe to sterilise with boiling water.

WARNING: Do not sterilise the SPOONS in a microwave or electrical steriliser! Brightberry spoons are made with a reinforced nylon core to make them sturdy, and this insert can’t handle the same high temperatures as silicone. You can safely sterilise the spoons with boiling water on the stove (or wash them on high temperature setting in a dishwasher). Please make sure the spoon is not “sitting” on the dish’s bottom when boiling the product, as it could cause the insert to melt and make the spoon unusable.

You see the minerals from water, similar to what you can notice on the glasses washed in a dishwasher. It is more noticeable on darker colour products. It is not harmful. A simple solution is to wipe dry the products instead of letting them dry naturally.
To remove any leftover residue, simply put the products in boiling water for a few minutes.

For that perfect "new" look every time, we recommend hand-washing & towel drying all silicone tableware.

Silicone is stain-resistant; however, some foods, particularly pumpkin or carrot puree, can still leave a visible stain. To prevent that, do not let the food stay on the products for a prolonged time. The best is to wash the products immediately.

Generally (by our experience), these food stains will not be there permanently; most of the times, all it takes to get them out, is a few washes in a dishwasher.

Silicone is odourless, but it can take odours from food, detergents or other materials if in close proximity for a prolonged time or washed in a dishwasher at a high-temperature setting.

For instance, certain dishwashing detergents can cause silicone to hold onto odors. While this isn't harmful, it can be frustrating.

The easiest solution is to clean the product by boiling it for a few minutes. Silicone absorbs the scents at high temperatures; hence that is the easiest way to get rid of them. 

The second option is to "bake off" the odours by baking the silicone products at 150-180 C (fan-forced oven) for 15-30 minutes.
