When will my Brightberry order be shipped?
We are fulfilling orders every day. All orders placed before 10 am will be shipped on the same day (Monday – Friday), and orders placed after 10 am will be shipped on the next business day. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped along with your tracking number.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Any purchase over $80 qualifies you for free shipping within Australia and is automatically applied at checkout.
If for some reason this isn’t applied and you experience a glitch, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order so we can fix the issue for you.
What are Brightberry products made of?
All of our products are made of food-grade silicone that’s free of harmful chemicals such as BPA, BPS, PVC or phthalates. Food-grade silicone is non-toxic and safer than plastic tableware. It withstands heating and freezing without leaching hazardous chemicals like some plastic equivalents.
Will the suction work on any surface?
The bowl and plate can be attached with suction to most flat surfaces. However, some high chairs and wooden surfaces that are textured, unsealed or have damage will make it difficult to achieve lasting suction.
For good suction, make sure both the suction base and the surface are clean. To attach it, simply press down in the middle of the bowl/plate with your thumb or spoon to push the air out of the suction base. That’s it!
Will the bib catch all the food?
Stay-open front pocket makes it the best possible opportunity to catch most of the dropped food. However, it is quite unlikely that our little munchkins will only drop the food into the pocket. My preferred way to prevent food leftovers on clothing is to use a burp cloth in the lap.
Even if all the food cannot be caught, our bibs are so easy to maintain and don’t have any seams where food could get stuck and get mouldy (as it does with fabric bibs, ew).
Is it safe to cut food on Brightberry plates?
Yes, however, please do not use sharp knives as silicone surface can be damaged.
What is the best way to clean Brightberry products?
Wash the products thoroughly before first use, and after each use. Use warm water, a soft sponge and mild detergent, or wash it in a dishwasher (yes, even the bib).
Brightberry silicone products are microwave & dishwasher safe and can be sterilised by boiling.
There are white spots on my products after cleaning. What is it?
What you see are the minerals from water, similar to what you can notice on the glasses washed in a dishwasher. It is more noticeable on darker colour products. It is not harmful. A simple solution is to wipe dry the products instead of letting them dry naturally.
To remove any leftover residue simply put the products in boiling water for a few minutes.
My product has food stains, I can’t get it out!
Silicone is stain-resistant, however, some foods in particularly pumpkin or carrot puree can still leave a visible stain. To prevent that, do not let the food stay on the products for a prolonged time. Best is to wash the products immediately.
Generally (by my experience) these food stains will not be there permanently, sometimes all it takes to get them out is several washes in a dishwasher.
Do I smell dish soap?
Silicone is odourless, but it can take odours from food, detergents or other materials if in close proximity for a prolonged time. Some dishwashing detergents can make silicone to hold on the smell. It is not harmful at all! The easiest solution is to clean the product in boiling water for a few minutes or try to wash it in water with white vinegar.
I’ve changed my mind; can I return my purchase?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or if you have questions or concerns, you can contact us via our contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
I forgot to enter a discount code when checking out. Can I get a refund?
