🇦🇺 AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

• FREE Shipping: for orders over $130.
• Flat rate: $9.95 for other orders (excludes wholesale).
• Typical delivery times:
  • Standard Post: 2-8 days (up to 15 for WA & NT).
  • Express Post: 1-4 days.
• Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from either our Sydney or Sunshine Coast warehouse within 1-3 business days (longer during sales periods). We pack orders daily, and you will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
• Carrier: We use Australia Post, or Aramex tracked post service. 
• Authority to leave: Most domestic orders are shipped with a signature required on delivery. If unavailable, your parcel will be held at the nearest post office. To avoid this, you can add a note to your order: 'authority to leave' at checkout, permitting the driver to leave the package in a designated 'safe place' at your address.

• FREE International Shipping: UK Orders Over £70 | US Orders Over $90 | CA Orders Over $130 | NZ Orders Over $160 (Excludes Wholesale).
• Shipping Cost: Flat rate UK  £9.50 | US $9.95 | Canada $13.50. For other countries, the rate is calculated based on weight & destination at checkout.
• Typical delivery times to major cities:
  • International Standard:*
    UK & NZ:  4-7 business days
    USA & Canada:  5-9 business days
    Other Countries: 6-20 business days
  • International Express: 3-9 business days*
• Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from Australia and shipped within 1-3 business days  (longer during sales periods). We pack and ship orders daily. You will receive tracking information to your email when your order is shipped.
• Carrier: We use Australia Post International pack & track service.
• Tracking: Once the parcel lands in your country, use the provided tracking number with your national post service to track your parcel more accurately. 
• Additional Costs: Orders may incur duties and taxes by local customs, which are the recipient's responsibility. Check with your local customs office for details to avoid any unexpected fees.
