How do I get the suction bowl to stick?
Make sure both the bowl base and the surface are clean, dry, and free from soap residue. Place the bowl on the surface and press firmly down in the middle to push the air out and create a vacuum seal. For best results use on a smooth, untextured surface.
Do suction bowls work on the Stokke Tripp Trapp?
Not directly. The Tripp Trapp tray is textured which prevents a strong seal. Our Suction Sticker solves this. Apply it to the tray and the bowl grips firmly.
Do suction bowls stick to wood?
It depends on the finish. A smooth, sealed wooden surface will hold suction reasonably well. A rough or porous surface will not. For best results use on a high chair tray, dining table with a smooth finish, or kitchen countertop.
