If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unpaid customs duties, we’ll reach out to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping and handling fees will apply.

If you choose not to have the order resent, we will refund the product cost minus any return shipping and restocking fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
