While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather disruptions, customs delays, courier strikes, or global events.
RETURN TO SENDER / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to pay customs duties, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees will apply for redelivery.
If you choose not to reship the order, we will issue a refund minus any return postage costs and restocking fees as we incur return shipping costs and handling fees.
