Delivery notifications:
Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel hasn’t been linked to your MyPost account, and you're not at home, a delivery card will be left.

We offer the following shipping rates for select countries:

Dispatch & Carrier
We dispatch orders from Australia within 1–3 business days (longer during busy periods) using Australia Post International Pack & Track service. You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order ships.
Once your parcel arrives in your country, track it using your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, NZ Post) using the same tracking number for accurate updates on customs clearance and delivery.
U.S. and PUERTO RICO — TEMPORARY PAUSE
Effective 26 August 2025, Australia Post has temporarily suspended acceptance of postal goods to the United States and Puerto Rico while new U.S. customs requirements are implemented.
What we’re doing: We’ve paused U.S. shipping at checkout and are exploring alternative compliant options with our carriers. We’ll update this page as soon as service resumes.
