Dispatch & Carrier: We dispatch orders from Australia within 1–3 business days (longer during busy periods) using Australia Post International Pack & Track service. You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order ships.
Tracking & Customs Information: Once your parcel arrives in your country, we strongly recommend tracking it using your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, NZ Post) with the same tracking number. They provide the most accurate updates on customs clearance, delivery attempts, and final handover.
🔔 Important: If your country applies customs duties or import taxes, your local postal service will usually contact you via email or SMS with payment instructions. Please track your parcel through your national postal provider and check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) to avoid missed updates.
If customs duties go unpaid, parcels may be returned to sender or discarded by customs. We do not offer refunds for parcels that are unclaimed, refused, or disposed of due to non-payment.

RETURN TO SENDER / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unpaid customs duties, we’ll reach out to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping and handling fees will apply.
If you choose not to have the order resent, we will refund the product cost minus any return shipping and restocking fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
