Measure the flat, inner surface of the tray (left to right and top to bottom). For best results, cut the sticker about 0.5 cm inside the tray edges so it sits flat and doesn’t lift.
💡 Pro tip: Use parchment or tissue paper to trace the shape of your tray first. Cut it out and check the fit. Once you're happy, use that as a template to trim your sticker.

Why won't suction bowls stick to the Stokke Tripp Trapp tray?
The Tripp Trapp tray has a textured, matte surface that breaks the seal suction bowls need to grip. No matter how strong the suction base is, the texture prevents a proper hold. The Brightberry Suction Sticker creates a smooth surface on the tray so bowls and plates can grip the way they're designed to.
How do I apply the Suction Sticker?
Clean the tray thoroughly to remove any food, soap, or oil residue. Apply the sticker using the water method — this lets you slide it into position before it bonds. Smooth out any bubbles and let it set. Full instructions are included. An installation video is available on our YouTube channel.
Is the Suction Sticker reusable?
No. It is a single-use adhesive. Once removed, it won't reapply reliably. Watch our YouTube removal video before taking it off so you do it correctly the first time.
Will it damage my Tripp Trapp tray?
No. The sticker is designed to be removed without leaving residue or damaging the plastic tray surface. We don't recommend using it on unsealed wood or painted surfaces, as removal may affect the finish.
How do I clean the Suction Sticker?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild dish soap, or rinse the tray under warm water with a soft sponge. Do not put the tray in the dishwasher — it may peel off under the heat. Pat dry with a clean cloth after washing.
How long does the Suction Sticker last?
With proper care and daily use, the sticker lasts for months. Avoid dishwashers and abrasive cleaners to extend its life. Many families keep a 2-pack so a replacement is always ready when needed.
Does it fit the Stokke Nomi tray?
Yes. The Nomi tray is slightly larger but the Tripp Trapp sticker fits well. See the photo reference in the fit guide above.
Does it fit the Stokke Steps tray?
No. The Steps tray has a heavily textured surface that prevents the sticker from adhering smoothly. We don't recommend it for the Steps model. Some customers have tried our Universal Rectangular sticker with varying results.
Does it work with non-Brightberry tableware?
It may, but we can only guarantee performance with Brightberry suction bowls and plates. Suction strength varies across brands depending on the material and cup design. Test yours on a flat smooth surface first — if it holds firmly, it should work with the sticker too.
Can I serve food directly on the sticker?
The sticker hasn't undergone food-grade testing. For direct food serving, use the Brightberry Silicone Placemat, which is made from 100% food-safe silicone and designed to fit the Tripp Trapp tray.
Can I use both the sticker and the placemat together?
Yes. The sticker goes on the tray first, then the placemat sits on top for direct food serving. This combination gives you safe food contact and secure suction for bowls and plates — the best of both.

The Brightberry suction stickers are a total game-changer for mealtimes! I was struggling with suction bowls constantly losing grip on our high chair tray, but these stickers keep everything firmly in place. The suction sticker is great - all the suction plates etc stick really well, no more plates on the ground. The 3 section plate is awesome, it sticks really really well and is a great size. I will be getting another one.

We wernt to sure how well these stickers would work on our timber high low chair. But we are so pleased with no longer having to scrub stains out of the wood and also the bowls and plates stick great. We had to trim it a little to fit, but it was super easy. Definitely recommend to my parent friends.
