BEFORE FIRST USE Wash the cup, lid, and straw with warm soapy water. Use the included straw brush to clean inside the straw. Rinse completely before use.
HOW TO USE 1. Fill the cup (recommended 200 ml when using the lid). 2. Insert the straw from inside the lid, pointing up through the hole. 3. Press the lid down firmly to seal. 4. To open: squeeze the top of the cup to create a gap, then peel off the lid.

The silicone dipper cups are ideal for our grandkids. We decided to switch to silicone as we were concerned about the amount of micro-plastics being injested as recent health reports have stated. Our young kids have been shown to have small amounts of micro/plastics in their bodies. The non removal straw is a great idea and we have no qualms with the toddlers walking around with their cups full of smoothies or milk. This is a great quality product prefect for little hands. The lid stays on well and the tab on the straw stops litte hands from pulling it out. The cup is strong so it cannot be squeezed making a mess like other cups I have tried.
