theValle™ Silicone Plate specifics:

Please note: This plate is incompatible with the Stokke Tripp Trapp tray due to its generous size.
For solid suction, ensure the suction base and the surface are clean, dry, and without any soap residue (ensure the plate is rinsed off well).
To attach the plate, press down in the middle of the kids divider plate on the divider to push the air out of the suction base until the plate is firmly secured.
If the surface of your high chair has scratches or texture, the suction may not last, as the air can escape through the imperfections and release the suction.
Wash the suction plate thoroughly before the first use and after each use.

For that perfect "new" look every time, we recommend handwashing & towel drying all silicone tableware. However, using a dishwasher is entirely safe.

Delivery notifications:
If shipped with Australia Post, they will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel hasn’t been linked to your MyPost account, and you're not at home, a delivery card will be left.

We’ve reopened shipping to the Netherlands and some EU countries following many customer requests.
Deliveries may take up to 5 weeks with limited tracking updates after leaving Australia, but parcels do arrive safely. Please allow extra time for customs and local delivery.
Dispatch & Carrier
We dispatch orders from Australia within 1–3 business days (longer during busy periods) using Australia Post International Pack & Track service. You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order ships.
Once your parcel arrives in your country, track it using your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, NZ Post) using the same tracking number for accurate updates on customs clearance and delivery.
