How to Apply the Brightberry Tray Sticker:

Thoroughly Clean the Surface: 

The most crucial step for a successful sticker application is starting with an impeccably clean tray. Ensure your tray is clean and free of soap, oil, or food residue, as these can interfere with the sticker's adhesion.

Washing the Tray: 

Clean the tray with warm, soapy water or rubbing alcohol and water. After cleaning, rinse it well to ensure no soap or residue remains on the surface.

Avoid Window-Cleaning Products: 

These products might leave a residue that could prevent your sticker from adhering correctly.

Once the tray is clean and dry, you're ready to apply the sticker. Consider these two recommended methods for best results.

Methods for Applying the Sticker

Method 1: Use Water (recommended for plastic surfaces — enables repositioning)

After cleaning the tray/surface area:

1. Wet the area with water.
2. Place the sticker over the water. This allows you some time to reposition it if needed.
3. After positioning the sticker, press out excess water from the centre using a soft cloth, working from the centre towards the edges. Take your time and push out as much water as possible. Press firmly on the edges.
4. Smooth out any remaining air or water bubbles with our sticker applicator tool (or a plastic card wrapped in a soft cloth), working from the centre towards the edges.
5. (Optional) To further secure the sticker, warm it up with a hairdryer for a few minutes, then repeat the smoothing step.

Method 2: Using Masking Tape (for smaller areas or wooden surfaces)

After cleaning the tray/surface area:

1. Position the sticker where you want it to go, keeping the backing paper on. Ensure it's properly aligned.
2. Use masking tape to secure one side of the sticker. This prevents it from moving.
3. Lift the untaped side of the sticker, peel off the backing paper up to the middle (and cut off this part of the backing paper), and slowly lower the sticker onto the surface, ensuring it stays in the correct position. Then, using a plastic card wrapped in a soft cloth, smooth it out from the centre towards the edges, ensuring no air bubbles are formed.
