Shipping Questions 

We ship from Queensland, Australia. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details by email once your parcel ships.

  • Standard Post: 2–8 business days (up to 15 for WA & NT)
  • Express Post: 1–4 business days

INTERNATIONAL:

  • Standard: 7–20 business days (varies by country)

Please note that delivery to some EU countries (including the Netherlands) may take up to 5 weeks, and tracking updates can be limited once the parcel leaves Australia.

Shipments do arrive safely, but customs and local postal delays can extend delivery times.

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide using Australia Post International Pack & Track service.
Shipping rates and delivery times depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Yes! We’ve recently reopened shipping to the Netherlands and some EU countries after many customer requests.

Please note:

  • Delivery can take up to 5 weeks.
  • Tracking updates may be limited once parcels leave Australia, but shipments do arrive safely.
  • Customs processing can sometimes extend delivery times.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve our international services.

Some countries may charge import duties, taxes, or VAT on imported goods.
These fees are not included in our product prices and are payable by the customer upon delivery.

USA: We cover all tariffs and import duties — there are no extra charges on delivery.

Other countries (including the EU): Duties and taxes are determined by your local customs office. You’ll usually receive an email or SMS with payment instructions from your postal carrier.

Unpaid customs duties may result in parcels being returned or discarded. Please check your inbox (and junk/spam folders) for customs notifications.

Yes! Once your parcel arrives in your country, continue tracking it through your local postal service (e.g. USPS, Royal Mail, PostNL, NZ Post).

Please note that some EU destinations show fewer tracking updates, but your parcel is still in transit.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Brightberry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your item, simply contact us, and we'll guide you through the return process.

We hope you love your Brightberry products as much as we do. But if something isn’t quite right, we offer 30-day returns for most items.

To request a return, please email contact@brightberry.com.au before sending anything back. We’ll guide you through the process.

Items should be in good condition and, if possible, in their original packaging. We understand that some products may have been tried.

Once your return is received and processed, we’ll refund the product amount to your original payment method or via shop credit (excluding shipping).

🩵 Suction Stickers:

As these are single-use adhesive products, all sales are final once opened or applied.

Refunds are only available if the sticker is unused and returned in its original packaging.

If your order included a free gift, please return it too, or the gift’s value will be deducted from your refund.

Yes, we offer 30-day returns on all unused items (except Suction Stickers). Please contact us before sending anything back.

Yes, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Simply contact us at contact@brightberry.com.au to receive a return authorisation and the correct return address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Please note that single-use items like Suction Stickers are excluded from change-of-mind returns once opened.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email contact@brightberry.com.au right away with your order number and clear photos.

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Yes. Brightberry products are NDIS-eligible and help promote independent eating and self-feeding for people with all abilities.

Our designs are ergonomic, safe, and practical, perfect for supporting mealtime confidence and independence.

🟢 Self-Managed Participants

Place your order as normal and add a note at checkout requesting an invoice, or email us with your details, and we’ll issue a tax invoice for your records.

You can then submit this invoice to the NDIS for reimbursement.

🔵 Plan-Managed Participants

Complete our NDIS Order Form with your details and the items you’d like to order.

We’ll send the invoice directly to your Plan Manager, and once payment is received, we’ll ship your order straight to you.

Absolutely! All Brightberry tableware is made from premium LFGB platinum silicone — the highest food-grade standard in the world.

They’re non-toxic, BPA-free, phthalate-free, odourless, and safe, even when heated.

Yes! All Brightberry silicone products are dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, and oven-safe up to 220°C.

They’re designed for everyday use and easy cleaning.

At Brightberry, we are dedicated to ensuring the highest quality and safety for every product we offer.

Our products are designed in Australia and responsibly manufactured in carefully selected factories overseas, using high-quality, LFGB-certified silicone (for bowls, plates, utensils, and teethers) and FDA-certified silicone (for bibs). Meanwhile, our Brightberry Suction Stickers are proudly designed and made in Australia by us.

Each of our manufacturing partners overseas meets strict requirements and undergoes regular quality checks to maintain our high standards. These factories are also members of Sedex, a leading global organisation committed to responsible sourcing and improving ethical standards and working conditions across the supply chain.

To further ensure safety and quality, Brightberry products are tested by reputable independent laboratories, such as TÜV, and comply with Australian and international food contact and child safety standards.

Silicone is durable, highly reusable, and long-lasting, which can make it an environmentally friendly alternative to single-use, disposable materials like plastic. This is because the longer a product is used, the less environmental impact it has over its lifetime.

Silicone also withstands extreme temperatures from hot to cold, is microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, and easy to clean, which contributes to its longevity and potential for reuse.

We take great care to ensure that all our products are packaged in eco-friendly, food-grade packaging that is recyclable. Our products must be protected from dust, touching, and other environmental factors to meet retail store standards.

All of our packaging is 100% recyclable or reusable, as we are committed to using sustainable materials.

To ensure that our cardboard boxes remain recyclable, we do not laminate them with plastic. Unfortunately, many cardboard packaging materials are not recyclable due to a thin layer of plastic lamination used to protect the print, which results in these materials ending up in landfills. You can test this yourself by tearing a piece of printed packaging; if there is a plastic lamination, it will begin to peel at the tear.

Silicone Suction Bowls & Plates

The suction works by creating a vacuum between the product base and the surface.

For the best suction, ensure the surface is clean, flat, and smooth.

To activate the suction, press down firmly in the centre of the bowl or plate. Pressing around the edges won’t push the air out effectively. If there’s already food inside, you can use a spoon or utensil to press down in the centre.

If your high chair tray is textured or uneven (like some Stokke or Bugaboo trays), our Brightberry Suction Sticker can help create a smooth base for maximum hold.

theBase plate & theOne bowl
To attach theBase plate or the theOne bowl, press down in the centre of the bowl or plate with your fingers or a spoon to push all the air out of the suction base. You should feel the air being pushed out when pressing down.

Pressing around the edges won’t push the air out effectively. If there’s already food inside, you can use a spoon or utensil to press down in the centre.

To attach theValle plate, press down on the divider area in the middle to push all the air out of the suction base. You should feel the air being pushed out when pressing down.

Our suction products are designed to work best on smooth, clean surfaces such as plastic high chair trays, tabletops, countertops, glass, and stone. To ensure a strong, long-lasting grip, both the suction base and the surface should be clean, dry, and free from soap residue.

However, some high chairs and surfaces—especially those that are textured, rough, unfinished, or damaged—may not support strong suction. This includes popular high chair tray models such as:
Stokke Tripp Trapp
Stokke Clikk
Bugaboo Giraffe
Lalo The Chair
Redsbaby Hilo 2

These trays have a textured surface that makes suction less effective.

Suction Sticker Solution for Textured Surfaces

To solve this common issue, we offer a specially designed Suction Sticker that creates a smooth surface for strong, reliable suction. Simply apply the Suction Sticker to your high chair tray, and our suction bowls and plates will adhere securely, just like on a smooth surface.

For best results, always ensure the surface and the suction base are clean and dry before use. If you have any questions about compatibility, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Suction bowls and plates do not stick well to Stokke high chair trays because the textured surface prevents a strong vacuum seal from forming.

For suction to work effectively, the base of the bowl or plate needs to make full contact with a completely smooth surface without air pockets. Unfortunately, textured trays like those on Stokke Tripp Trapp and Stokke Clikk disrupt this seal, making it impossible to achieve long-lasting suction—even with strong suction products.

While some brands claim their suction bowls work on textured surfaces, this is technically impossible for more than a few minutes before losing grip.

The Solution: Suction Sticker for Stokke Trays

To overcome this common issue, we offer a Suction Sticker designed specifically for textured high chair trays. When applied to your Stokke Tripp Trapp or Clikk tray, this sticker creates a smooth, non-porous surface, allowing your suction bowls and plates to stay in place securely.

If you’re looking for a reliable suction solution for Stokke trays, our Suction Sticker is the perfect fix!

Yes, however only use dinner knives, as sharp knives can cut through silicone easily.

Kids Smoothie Cups

Our Smoothie Cups feature a stopper straw that kids can’t pull out of the lid. And with our latest design update, the straw can’t be pushed in either (while still removable by parents for easy cleaning).

This improvement keeps the straw securely in place, making the cup even more reliable for little hands (and parents!).

Our Smoothie Cups are not completely spill-proof, but they’re carefully designed to prevent major messes.

The secure lid and stopper straw help keep liquids inside, even if the cup is knocked over or dropped.

Because it’s a smoothie cup, it’s made for thicker drinks like smoothies and shakes, which don’t flow out easily, even when tipped.

It’s worth noting that the cup is not leak-proof - this is an intentional design choice. The free-flowing straw allows little ones to sip smoothies easily and keeps the cup simple to clean.

When used as intended, it’s a great mess-minimising option that helps toddlers enjoy independent drinking without frustration.

Suction Tray Stickers

To improve suction on any surface, you can purchase our suction stickers.

The Stokke Tripp Trapp sticker is specifically designed to fit the tray of the Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair, and it will not fit the tray of the Stokke Steps high chair as it has a different tray shape and size.

Unfortunately, we don't recommend stickers for the Stokke Steps tray as it has a more textured surface compared to the Tripp Trapp tray. As a result, the sticker may not adhere as effectively as it does on other surfaces.

Cleaning the Brightberry tray sticker is easy! Here's how:

  1. Use a soft sponge with water and mild detergent to wipe the surface of the sticker and remove any food residue.
  2. Remove any remaining soap from the sticker with a damp cloth.
  3. Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe the sticker until it is completely dry.
  4. Alternatively, you can remove the tray from the high chair and wash it under warm running water.
  5. Do not place the tray with the sticker in a dishwasher.
  6. Your tray is now ready for the next use!

Both white and transparent stickers can be cleaned in the same way, and following these simple steps will help ensure that your Brightberry tray sticker stays clean and in good condition for many uses to come.

We do not recommend washing the sticker in a dishwasher, as this could damage the sticker and cause it to peel off.

Instead, please refer to the previous answer for instructions on how to clean the sticker.

By following these simple steps, you can ensure that your Brightberry tray sticker stays in good condition for many uses to come.

We're sorry, but it cannot be reapplied or reused once the suction sticker is removed. The sticker is designed to provide a strong and reliable hold to the tray, but it can only be applied once. If/when you need to remove the sticker for any reason, please refer to our YouTube instruction video.

While the sticker cannot be reused, you can always purchase a new replacement sticker.

Our sticker can be applied to all kinds of surfaces, including wooden trays. 

However, it's important to note that if the wooden tray usually has a lacquer or a coating, and there is a chance that the sticker might pull it off when it's removed.

We cannot guarantee that the sticker will not damage the wooden surface, so we recommend using caution if you decide to use it.

Please note that the sticker has not been tested on wooden surfaces.

There are two common reasons why your sticker might not feel tacky or sticky after application:

  1. Water method application: If you've used the water method to apply your sticker, it's normal for the sticker to not feel sticky while it's wet. In this case, you need to ensure all the water is pushed out from underneath the sticker. Once the water is removed, the sticker should adhere properly to the surface.
  2. Residual isopropyl alcohol: If you've cleaned the surface with isopropyl alcohol before applying the sticker and the alcohol has not completely dried up, it could affect the sticker's adhesiveness. In such cases, leave the sticker with the sticky side exposed to the air until it's completely dry. Once dry, it should regain its original tackiness.

PRODUCT CARE

Wash the products thoroughly before first use and after each use. Use warm water, a soft sponge and mild detergent, or wash it in a dishwasher on a normal temperature setting (yes, even the bib).

For that perfect "new" look every time, we recommend hand-washing & towel drying all silicone tableware. However, as busy parents, we all love using a dishwasher. It is entirely safe, but it sometimes leaves mineral and oil marks on the silicone. This is not harmful at all.

Yes, silicone is safe to sterilise with boiling water.

WARNING: Do not sterilise the SPOONS in a microwave or electrical steriliser! Brightberry spoons are made with a reinforced nylon core to make them sturdy, and this insert can’t handle the same high temperatures as silicone. You can safely sterilise the spoons with boiling water on the stove (or wash them on high temperature setting in a dishwasher). Please make sure the spoon is not “sitting” on the dish’s bottom when boiling the product, as it could cause the insert to melt and make the spoon unusable.

You see the minerals from water, similar to what you can notice on the glasses washed in a dishwasher. It is more noticeable on darker colour products. It is not harmful. A simple solution is to wipe dry the products instead of letting them dry naturally.
To remove any leftover residue, simply put the products in boiling water for a few minutes.

For that perfect "new" look every time, we recommend hand-washing & towel drying all silicone tableware.

Silicone is stain-resistant; however, some foods, particularly pumpkin or carrot puree, can still leave a visible stain. To prevent that, do not let the food stay on the products for a prolonged time. The best is to wash the products immediately.


Generally (by our experience), these food stains will not be there permanently; most of the times, all it takes to get them out, is a few washes in a dishwasher.

Silicone is odourless, but it can take odours from food, detergents or other materials if in close proximity for a prolonged time or washed in a dishwasher at a high-temperature setting.

For instance, certain dishwashing detergents can cause silicone to hold onto odors. While this isn't harmful, it can be frustrating.

The easiest solution is to clean the product by boiling it for a few minutes. Silicone absorbs the scents at high temperatures; hence that is the easiest way to get rid of them. 

The second option is to "bake off" the odours by baking the silicone products at 150-180 C (fan-forced oven) for 15-30 minutes.

To ensure the longevity and pristine condition of your Brightberry tableware, we highly recommend storing it separately from plastic items or strong odors. Prolonged exposure to plastic or other aromatic substances can lead to the absorption of these odors by our products. Therefore, we suggest storing each piece individually to prevent any unwanted scents from affecting the freshness of your Brightberry tableware.
