BEFORE FIRST USE
Wash the cup, lid, and straw with warm soapy water. Use the included straw brush to clean inside the straw. Rinse completely before use.

HOW TO USE
1. Fill the cup (recommended 200 ml when using the lid).
2. Insert the straw from inside the lid, pointing up through the hole.
3. Press the lid down firmly to seal.
4. To open: squeeze the top of the cup to create a gap, then peel off the lid.

Dishwasher safe: cup, lid, and straw. Rinse after each use to prevent
smoothie residue. Store with the lid off to allow airflow.
